Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you are unhappy with any of our products please contact us, your happiness is our number one concern! In case of a defective container, we will gladly replace the product with proof of defect. No refunds are allowed.

We take the utmost care in packing your soaps and other items to prevent harm to the product, in our efforts to keep costs down we may ship 'soap only' orders in bubble packs, soaps and lotions in boxes and shave soap tins in boxes. We regret the use of so much paper and we do recycle as much as possible. We ask that you also recycle any boxes so we can work together to reduce waste.

Natural soaps need to dry out between use, as these soaps are not mass produced, they contain glycerin, a wonderful humectant, be sure to use a soap saver or other means to keep your natural soap from sitting in water and melting away.
